Battlefield 3 Box Art Revealed

EA just revealed the box art for one of their biggest upcoming titles – Battlefield 3 – developed by DICE. Have a look:

As you can see, the general theme of the box art remains quite unchanged from what we saw in Battlefield: Bad Company 2 – a lone soldier walking with a gun in hand, and a flame effect on one side. With vehicles. Because vehicles make the game so much more cooler.

Many gamers, even to this day, believe that a game is what it looks like. Everytime there’s a discussion about one game being better than the other, the first thing that the loyal fans throw at their opponents is that the game has “splendid” graphics. But is graphics everything? Is the gameplay mechanics totally unaccounted for?

Many PS3 fanboys were saddened by the fact that the next Metal Gear Solid game was going multiplatform. Yes, PC and Xbox 360 too. But worry not, because Shigenobu Matsuyama – in an interview with CVG – has confirmed that the game will run best on PS3.
