If you were one of those people who really liked playing Medal of Honor ( an amazing campaign, it had ) then you’ll love this: Danger Close is already working on a sequel.
“Yes, Danger Close is currently working on the next Medal of Honor. Just recently, EA announced that the reboot of Medal of Honor was a big success with over 5 million copies sold. We wanted to take a moment to thank each of you for supporting us, our new studio and our storied franchise.” Danger Close Executive Producer Greg Goodrich revealed in blog post.
What isn’t widely known is the fact that there was a condition that had to be fulfilled for the sequel to be developed – the reboot had to sell at least 3 million copies. Well, it sold 5 million – and so we will soon see a sequel. Let’s hope Danger Close is sensible enough to not have the release dates of the sequel and Battlefield 3 clash – because Battlefield 3 will sweep Medal of Honor’s sequels of its feet.
If you never got a chance to play the Medal of Honor, and want to know how good it is, probably reading my review will be of help.
